30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at hello@softdays.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@softdays.shop with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used — including eye pillows, eye masks, compression gloves and socks, and acupressure mats — unless they arrive faulty. Gift cards and clearance items are also non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page where it applies.
